The Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification (HKCTC) organized the “Testing and Certification Manpower Development Award Scheme” to encourage Testing and Certification (T&C) organizations to invest in talent development and to recognize practitioners committed to continuous learning and enhancing service quality.

The Hong Kong Gemological Research and Authentication Centre Company Limited (HKGRACE) demonstrated outstanding performance in professional training, technical capability enhancement, and human resources development. It was awarded the “Testing and Certification Manpower Development Corporate Award – Gold Award”, recognizing its contributions to advancing professionalization and talent development within the T&C industry.

In addition, Ms. Sze Ling Wong, Assistant Gemological Manager of the Hong Kong Gemological Research and Authentication Centre Company Limited, received the ‘Excellent Testing and Certification Professional Award (Senior Professional)’ in recognition of her exceptional contributions to enhancing service quality and productivity.
